Yoshinoya Franchise Restaurant opens shop in Malaysia

The Yoshinoya Franchise expect to open over 30 units in Malaysia over the next five years, these will be both company operated and franchise restaurants. Already they have 2 units up and running: 1 at the Utama Shopping Centre and 1 in Mid Valley. The Yoshinoya Franchise already has well over 1000 units in Japan, over ninty units in the States and over ninty units in the Asia region, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. Eventually the franchising brand has decided that Malaysia will be its next step in its Asia region expansion plan. Yoshinoya Food Systems has now joined the Malaysian food franchise community and is the newest member to join the Malaysian Franchise Association.
