The Malaysia food franchising business is set to become halal hub Halal franchisors Asia Focus Franchise Holdings, which owns two franchising brands, Chicken King and Shokudo, is preparing to carry out an initial public offering (IPO) on the stock exchange market this year.
The company is determined to make the Chicken King franchise and Shokudo franchise a fast-growing Asian alternative to other restaurant franchises.
The franchising company wants to raise about RM10 million from the IPO, enough for the opening of 10 new Chicken King franchises.
